Are you struggling to find balance between academic demands and your personal life? Do you want to develop better coping strategies for stress and anxiety?
Honors & Scholars is offering free Holistic Support Groups for 6-8 students each interested in learning more about stress management and how to balance academic success and self-care.
We are currently recruiting new and returning members to the FALL 2020 groups. Groups will meet for once a week for six weeks in October and November.
The fine print: Group members will sign a confidentiality agreement so that group discussions will remain private. The facilitator is a masters student in Social Work and will be supervised by a UT faculty member/licensed social worker. All sessions will be recorded for supervisory purposes only.
Interested? Complete this form by Sunday, October 11. The groups are limited so students will be notified of their acceptance on Monday October 12. Meetings will begin that week. Selected students are expect to attend every meeting of the semester if possible.
