Are you struggling to find balance between academic demands and your personal life? Do you want to develop better coping strategies for stress and anxiety?
Honors & Scholars is offering a free Holistic Success Group for 8-10 students interested in learning more about stress management, self-care, and how to balance academic success and mental illness.
The group will meet on Friday afternoons, 4:30-6:00 p.m. February 17th through April 28th. (No meeting on March 17th due to Spring Break)
The fine print: Group members will sign a confidentiality agreement so that group discussions will remain private. The facilitator is a doctoral student in the UT Clinical Psychology Program supervised by a licensed clinical psychologist. All sessions will be audiotaped for supervisory purposes only.
Interested? Complete this form by Friday, February 10th. The group is limited to 8-10 students so students will be notified of their selection on Monday February 13th.
