Louis Varriano is majoring in physics with an interest in fundamental neutron physics. He is currently involved with theoretical physics research examining the discrepancy in the neutron lifetime under a mirror matter hypothesis. He has presented his research at several professional and student conferences. Louis recently completed an internship at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he analyzed inelastic neutron scattering data from thermoelectric crystalline materials.
Louis is also interested in science education and science and energy policy and has had the opportunity to gain experience in both fields. He plans to minor in Italian. Louis can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
