Honors Leadership Graduate Assistant
Jordan Schools works with Honors Leadership Program as the graduate assistant.
Her responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the Legacy Leadership Series and other events to promote student leadership and engagement.
- Advising and communicating with students to aid in their program experience.
- Collecting information for the weekly newsletter and blog to promote the program’s events and student reflections.
- Organizing community service opportunities and other events for the Honors Leadership Program.
Mrs. Schools is a graduate student in the Kinesiology, Recreation & Sport Studies Department pursuing her Master’s in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior. She recently graduated from Johnson University with a degree in Kinesiology. Upon completion of her Master’s Degree, Mrs. Schools is planning to pursue her Ph.D. and begin a career in academia. She is passionate about her research in Sport for Peace and Development and hopes to use that research to enrich the lives of others using sport in developing countries. Mrs. Schools loves to travel, and while she is a Knoxville native, has lived overseas for the majority of her life. She is a lifelong Vols fan who most definitely bleeds orange and is passionate about making an impact while at the University of Tennessee.
