Fadi Saleh

Medical Administration

Fadi Saleh, a College Scholar studying Health Administration, chose the Haslam Scholars Program as the program that fit him best because "it combined the exclusivity, prestige, and soon-to-be-renowned reputation of an Ivy League with the size, research and volunteer opportunities, and diversity of a large research university like UT Knoxville."

Fadi would like to work towards embarking on a research project exploring physical and mental health in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. His senior year of high school was spent researching neuron migration at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, the results of which may be published this fall. While at the University of Tennessee, Fadi hopes to complete volunteer work through programs like oUTreach and the UT Medical Center or a Knoxville hospital.
