Daniel Aycock graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and again in 2014 with a Master of Accountancy, both from UTK’s Haslam College of Business. During his undergraduate years, Daniel served as Honors Council President and Honors Ambassadors Program Vice President, ran for Student Government Associate President with the Revolt campaign, was an active member of Student Alumni Associates, and sang in the University of Tennessee Men’s Chorale, among other activities. Upon graduation, he was awarded the Top Collegiate Scholar award in the Haslam College of Business and the Torchbearer award for his service to the university.
After graduate school, Daniel moved to Atlanta, GA where he now lives and works in the Deals practice of PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP), providing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence services to both corporate and private equity clients undergoing significant transactions. He enjoys exploring Atlanta's neighborhoods, traveling, hiking, and seeing live music in his spare time.
Daniel’s future goals include the possibility of a long-term career at PwC or a top tier MBA or dual degree program in order to pursue interests in clean technology, strategy consulting, private equity, venture capital, public-private partnerships, and/or academia. He desires to develop a highly demanded technical skillset, build a global network, become a thought leader in his profession, and make an impact both in his community and around the world. Daniel loves returning to Knoxville to visit professors, meet with students, and (of course) cheer on the Vols; he will forever remain a Vol for Life.
