The Honors Ambassadors at the University of Tennessee are current Honors Vols who are passionate about sharing their experiences with prospective students. Our Honors Ambassadors include representatives from all four university-wide Honors & Scholars Programs and six of the university’s nine undergraduate colleges. If you’re interested in hearing directly from the student voice about how Honors & Scholars can enhance your UT experience, meet with one of our ambassadors!
Honors Ambassadors are available to meet with students through three main functions: virtual chats, virtual interest sessions, and in-person Host-a-Student visits. You can also see Honors Ambassadors at events hosted by Honors & Scholars throughout the year!
Virtual Chats are available each day of the week with different ambassadors. These chats are an opportunity to speak one-on-one with the ambassador of your choice about their majors, activities, or honors program. Check the ambassador’s individual profile to view the times they’ll be available in the chat!
Virtual Interest Sessions are available each Thursday evening. These interest sessions focus on the life of an Honors Vol and show students the various ways to engage in the honors experience at UT. You can sign up for these sessions by clicking here.
Host-a-Student visits are available each day of the week with different ambassadors. These visits are a great way to step into the life of a Vol by attending a real UT class alongside one of our ambassadors. You’ll have the chance to speak further with the ambassador before or after the class experience to ask any questions you may have about the honors experience. Before scheduling a visit and selecting an ambassador, please review the profiles below to ensure your selected ambassador’s availability matches your schedule.
