HLP Off-Campus Leadership Experience Application

Honors Leadership Program students must complete an approved Off-Campus Leadership Experience as part of their HLP curriculum. Students should submit this approval form before commencing their programs or projects.
The Off-Campus Leadership Experience can be fulfilled through programs and projects, including but not limited to:
- Co-op or Internship
- Study abroad
- International or intercultural service trip
To receive credit for your Off-Campus Leadership Experience, students must submit the Off-Campus Leadership Completion Form at the conclusion of their program or project.

  • Provide a brief summary (at least 300 words) of what you plan to do to complete the Off-Campus Leadership Experience (i.e. overview of program/project, goals, objectives, people involved, names of courses, other activities)
  • Please upload any necessary documents (i.e. letters from professors, confirmations of trip, itinerary, etc.)
