On Friday, September 22nd, the Haslam Scholars Program invites students in the Honors & Scholars Programs to attend an exclusive luncheon and seminar with Dr. Robert Nobles, Interim Vice Chancellor for Research and Engagement. Dr. Nobles holds a Doctor of Public Health and a Master of Public Health, and he is a Certified IRB Professional (CIP).

His career includes a wealth of experiences that span from serving with the Center for Disease Control to higher education research and university administration. He will share his own personal and professional experience in research and public health and his institutional goals and objectives for undergraduates pursuing research at UT. This luncheon is important for honors students at all stages of the research process: new students curious about the world of research and older students who are finishing their theses.

Space is limited to 25 honors students. The luncheon will be held from 11:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. in the Honors & Scholars Seminar Room.
