Honors & Scholars Recognition Form

This form offers a way for students, parents, alumni, faculty, and staff to highlight the accomplishments of people affiliated with the Honors and Scholars Programs at the University of Tennessee. Self-nominations are encouraged and accepted. Honors and Scholars will use submissions to create content for the honors.utk.edu website, the Honors and Scholars social media accounts, and for greater university media outlets.
