LeaderShape is coming to UT in May and you should be a part of it! LeaderShape is a 6 day institute focused on helping you create a vision of positive change you want to see in the world.

The LeaderShape® Institute is an intensive and energizing six-day program committed to producing extraordinary results in an organization while also helping college students to develop a commitment to lead with a high level of integrity. The program content of The LeaderShape Institute reflects key leadership issues of vision, partnerships, integrity, and results. Specifics of the program include: a Team Challenge Course (a half-day outdoor team-building experience), an evening with a Guest Leader Forum in which participants are exposed to “real world” role models in business, industry, and the professions, quality facilitators from a variety of backgrounds, and learning and sharing in small groups called “family clusters.”

There will be a selected number of spaces available just for students of the Chancellor’s Honors Program. The Honors and Scholars Programs will be offering a SPONORSHIP to pay the fees for the Institute to 5 Honors students who are accepted into the program. Students must apply, be interviewed, and accepted to be considered for the award. Contact honorsga1@utk.edu with any questions.
