URSA Undergraduate Research Symposium

URSAwide1

The Undergraduate Research Students’ Association works in concert with the Office of Undergraduate Research to organize the Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium. The Symposium provides a space for students to present their research to a general audience.

Each presentation is short–every student is given a total of 15 minutes to present and answer questions. Students from all majors and disciplines are encouraged to present their research.

The Symposium is open to the public to attend and includes a catered lunch and keynote speaker in addition to the student presentations. Audience members are encouraged to come and go throughout the day as schedules allow.

71 students will present at the 5th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium on Saturday, April 12 in the Howard Baker Center. The 5th Annual Undergraduate Research Symposium is sponsored by the Undergraduate Research Students’ Association, Pursuit: The Journal of Undergraduate Research, the Office of Undergraduate Research, the Student Success Center, the Chancellor’s Honors Program, and UTK Neuroscience.
