Biography

Kellie Veltri logged over 100 hours of community service in high school and has held leadership positions in numerous clubs, including one as a statewide Youth in Government officer. She is a member of the National Honor Society and the National Latin Honor Society, and has been honored as a multiple-time Junior Classical League medalist, a National Merit Commended Scholar, and an AP Scholar with Distinction. Kellie is a determined student who attended Governor’s School for the Humanities and is excited to research developmental psychology in adolescents at UTK. Outside of pursuing her aspirations of becoming a psychology professor and novelist, Kellie enjoys music, politics, outdoor recreation, and collecting books for her future home library.
