The Honors Community, located in Morrill Hall, is a living and learning community of student members of the Chancellor’s Honors Program. The Honors Community sponsors events and activities each semester, and the Honors Community Board are the students who take ownership in planning, promoting, and coordinating these events.

Chair – Responsibilities include calling meetings and presiding over discussion. Working with rest of the board to make sure that everyone is on track. This position also includes working with other members to publicize community events, and communicating plans to CHP staff.
Vice-Chair – Assisting the Chair with all duties mentioned above and dividing the council into committees to work with the Community Service and Events Chairs.
Treasurer – Maintaining the budget of the Honors Community Fee. Responsible for filling out University Housing’s paperwork to reimburse the CHP from the Honors Community funds.
Secretary – Sending out email reminders concerning meetings and taking minutes at meetings to send out to the Board and CHP Staff.
Events Chair – Leading a committee to organize, publicize, and execute on and off campus events and trips.
Community Service Chair – Leading a committee to organize, publicize, and execute Community Service events.
Member – Attend called meetings and serve on committee(s).
