Honors Global Awareness Living and Learning Community

Mission:

The mission of the Honors Global Awareness (HGA) Living and Learning Community is to develop a community of scholars devoted to studying different environments, peoples, and cultures. By exposing students to different ways of life, the HGA LLC helps students better understand the world and their place within it.

Requirements:

This community will be open to sophomores, juniors and seniors in HSP,CHP, HLP, and 1794 in good standing who commit to living in the LLC for a full academic year. Priority will be given to second-year students. HGA students must pursue a global or cross-cultural emphasis within the courses they take while in the LLC. HGA students will be required to attend at least two LLC academic-programming events per semester.  These should meet requirements within their particular Honors and Scholars program.

This community will live in Stokely Residence Hall.
