Cinnamon Brown

Cinnamon Brown is a native of Centralia, Missouri. She received her B. S. in history from the University of West Alabama in 2000 and her M. A. in history from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2003. She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation entitled “The Youngest of the Great American Family: The Creation of a Franco-American Culture in Early Louisiana.”
While at the University of Tennessee, Cinnamon has had the pleasure of being a teaching assistant for the Department of History and the Assistant to the Director at the Center for the Study of War and Society.
