The Third Annual Anne Mayhew Lecture Series

Please join students, staff, and faculty of The Chancellor’s Honors Program for the Third Annual Anne Mayhew Distinguished Honors Lecture Series. The lecture series recognizes economic historian, Anne Mayhew, who, in addition to her noted scholarship in the field of institutional economics, was also the first women to serve at UT as chair of the Department of Economics, Dean of the Graduate School, and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs. This year’s keynote speaker is distinguished Harvard Professor and author, Dr. Theda Skocpol.

Dr. Skocpol’s lecture “Will Healthcare Reform Survive and Succeed after 2012” will begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Toyota Auditorium of the Howard H. Baker, Jr. Center for Public Policy on Thursday, November 1, 2012.
